March is Sleep Awareness Month, and we wanted to add our voice to others in the promotion of trying to achieve the most restful sleep that we can get.
We strongly urge you, if you think you have a sleeping problem, to discuss your concerns with your physician and together decide if you need to see a sleep specialist to help diagnose and treat your sleep problem.
